The CSAIST computer lab serves as the hub for computer related services on the campus. The network provides connectivity to the departments & library of the college.

The computer lab has most modern sophisticated equipments. The lab is equipped with large number of computers connected with LAN (Local Area Network) Under UNIX and WINDOWS-NT environment. The lab is enriched with all necessary and contemporary software. Most of the latest software packages like Oracle 11i. Dot Net, Advanced JAVA, C++, C, Multimedia etc. are available in computer lab. The lab also has different softwares in the field of Library and Information Science.

For electricity backup besides UPS, generator facility is available which work for no. of hours required during electricity failure.

Round the clock lab facility is also available for the students.

Internet Access: Internet access for all machines connected to the network as wi-fi connectivity across the campus.

Antivirus & Spam Protection: Antivirus and spam protection is provided at the server, as well as all PCs in the departments, lab in the college that have been provided with connectivity have an anti-virus installed on them.

E-Journals and online Database: Access to popular scientific database are provided to the faculty and students. Additionally access to electronic journals is provided.

Training Services: The college conducts specialized training courses and programs for users. Separate programs are conducted on topics of common interest for users.
Groups of academic staff can also request customized training.
